Charlie Fittler Pens Gentle “Gypsy Soul” Single

Australian singer-songwriter, Charlie Fittler, is going from strength to strength and its set to continue with the release of “Gypsy Soul” – the third taken from his acclaimed EP, “Dying Breed”.

Living and breathing real country life for close to 20 years on his family’s fifth- generation Merino sheep property near Armidale NSW, Charlie’s music is authentically and unashamedly country. There’s no way it could be anything else.

“Gypsy Soul” reveals a gentler, more emotive side to Charlie’s music and proves he’s not all about living fast.

“Gypsy Soul was the first song I wrote with Bill Chambers when we got together at his place in 2021”, says Charlie. “It’s a song about wandering love that can’t find a home. An old classic western love story”.

“When I first talked to Bill on the phone, I could tell we were immediately on the same page. He’s a no-bullshit person, yet when he gives you advice about song writing, recording or anything in general, he takes his time and is incredibly accommodating, and you shut up and listen”.
