Oberon, in New South Wales’s Central West, is home to multi-instrumentalist and country music artist Chloe Swannell. Her first single, “Strange Love,” which came out in September 2023, peaked at number six on the iTunes Country Charts and number five on the AMRAP Regional Charts. It was included on ABC Country’s Grass Roots and added to Apple Music’s ‘Aussie Country’ Playlist.

Another energetic country pop smash from Chloe, “Unchained” is about being shackled by a romance.

“It’s about letting go of the past and looking forward to the future by surrounding yourself with friends and loved ones for support – now I’m finally unchained, it’s time to learn to love again”.

Although Chloe is most renowned for being the founder of a prominent music studio in the Central West, her love of music goes much beyond that. She has performed in the Sydney Opera House, the Australian War Memorial, and Government House, and she has shared the stage alongside Beccy Cole and Amber Lawrence, among others.

At the Tamworth Country Music Festival 2024, Chloe debuted on the Fanzone Stage, joined Hayley Jensen at Moonshiners as a special guest, and also took the stage at the Riverside Stage & Take-Away.
